Is it really free?
Yes. Collecting, sorting and sharing feedback is free, with no limit on how many people use it and a generous daily allowance on incoming feedback that normal use won't get near. You only pay if you want agents to do the work.
How does the Agents plan work?
It's $5 a month, which covers your first $5 of runs. After that, research costs $0.50 per run and an agent run $1.50. Extra runs are billed at the end of the month. Failed and cancelled runs are free.
Do I pay for the AI model too?
Runs use your own AI key, so your model provider bills you for the model directly. The Agents plan covers the rest: the agents, the private sandbox they work in, and Opini itself.
Do I need a credit card?
Not for the free plan. Sign up with your email and start collecting feedback. You add a card when you choose the Agents plan.
Can I use it with my own design?
Yes. You can match the widget to your product with your own styles, or build your own form with the React package.
